AU where Arthur doesn’t die in Merlin’s arms and after a few years to recover near the lake they come back to Camelot. Gwen and Leon are just and loved rulers by then, but once Arthur is back they gladly leave him his rightful place as King. Merlin becomes his Court Sorcerer. And his Royal Consort.
